• When using these concha cutters, they work best rinsed off with water, towel dried, then covered in flour before pressing into dough. We also recommend using chilled dough on a flour covered surface.

• Note: Concha cutters are not dishwasher or oven safe. Hand wash only in warm, not hot, water.
